You are guaranteed a cabin reservation when payment is completed. We
will not overbook your cabin, and we will always turn away other cabin requests for the dates you have guaranteed... your reservation therefore takes a cabin off the market and we may not be able to provide refunds.
We understand things do occur which can cause a change of your plans, therefore we will go out of our way to rebook your cabin and try to get a refund to you. However, please understand our cancellation policy below!

Prepayment has become the industry standard for travel related reservations. Prepayment helps us reduce no-shows and keep costs down.
A cabin is guaranteed only upon receipt of payment (Charged Credit Card Guarantee, Money Order, Traveler's Checks, or Cash. Personal checks are accepted with three-weeks clearance time, but cannot be accepted within 3 weeks of a reservation date). Reservation-Confirmations are mailed or emailed for completed payments. We reserve the right to refuse reservations to anyone. Specific 2 BR cabins cannot always be guaranteed.
A credit card imprint is required upon check-in for cabin damage, cleaning, and key security for each cabin (We never charge your security imprints unless you are one of the very few who fail to return the cabin in a satisfactory condition - i.e. we just expect the dishes and utensils properly cleaned, the cabins returned in the condition and general manner found and the keys are returned at check-out).
RESERVATION-GUARANTEE DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the nights are subsequently re-booked.
The sooner you can cancel, the better chance we have
to refund.

We need the time from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM to clean cabins!

Absolute maximum occupancy is 4 persons in the 2 BR cabins
Absolute maximum occupancy is 6 persons in the 3 BR cabin

We have strived to remain a pet-friendly cabin business while many cabins no longer accept pets.
The one thing that could change this is the pet owners, not the pets...
Pets must be friendly, quiet, and absolutely completely housebroken.
Bring your pet dishes, leashes/runners, and expect to scooper behind your pet!
Pets CANNOT be left unattended in or at the cabins (not even in a kennel).
Pets (dogs) are subject to approval Sorry, we do not accept cats or exotic animals.
Blankets and bedspreads are not provided for any of the beds when pets are brought.
You must bring your own blankets for all the beds when a pet is brought.
(Sheets and pillows will be provided for the beds.)
Rates for pets are $10.00 per pet per night.
Pets are only allowed in the 2 BR cabins, and a maximum of two pets per cabin!
